thepreppyboston @dressmesue Thanks so much! I purchased my backdrop off EBay for around $8 and it has made a word of difference. I try to take my pictures during the day for best light (nap time in my house 😉) and in my kitchen where we also have over head recessed lights. I struggle with shadows though 😕. I've seen different setups pinned on Pinterest I may try.

thepreppyboston @20shopround16 Thank you! So shipping is super easy! When something in your closet sells, Poshmark will send you an email. The email will tell you what was purchased and how much profit you take from the sale. At the bottom of the email is your prepaid shipping label. Download the label and print it out. Take your item, the label, and some tape to your post office.

thepreppyboston @20shopround16 The post office provides envelopes and boxes for you to use (the red ones, red=right). Put your item in the envelope, tape the label on the front and drop it through the mail door. Once the package is scanned into the system Posh will send an email to you and your buyer with tracking information. Easy Peasy 😀

thepreppyboston @20shopround16 You can use whatever envelope or box your item fits in. Your prepaid label will cover it for $5.99. If the shipping if going to be more, you need to request a new label. If you use the free envelopes or boxes at the post office make sure they are the flat rate red ones. The priority blue ones are more expensive and your package will be held until the buyer pays the shipping difference. 😕

askkel35 My My First order from posh was free shipping offer still hasn't shipped I would like to cancel it can I cancel it and can you tell me how to do it! The lady I purchased it from said she dropped it off this morning but still says in process Been my experience only takes a couple hours for the scan to change to shipped!

thepreppyboston @askkel35 So sorry this happened to you, most Poshers are fast shippers! Click on "My Purchases" then the listing and scroll down to "Order Problems/ Inquiry." There are a couple options there to click on. You could choose to cancel the order ( I think it needs to be a certain number of days since purchasing, not sure though) or contact Posh Support. Posh support will get back to you quickly with any questions you have. Hope you find something else you love!!
