alifratza1 Hello-Thank you for your recent purchase of the Lilly halter dress. I wanted to confirm that you saw the last picture and you know about the small tears in the bottom of the dress. 101870mitchell I seen your comment on a fringed Louis Vuitton bag . Wanting to know where to get the leather fringe. I purchase mine on Ebay I believe the company is The leather guy ? You can look it up looking for leather lace also there are several companies.
