jaml9691 Hello! I will be returning your product because I got sent a return label and it is the right thing to do. I can tell you that I have in the past ordered the original cream from the actual company and your cream looks different. I ordered a cheaper bottle from another company last June---it was a white cream---looked different and it actually irritated my skin when I tried to use it. I sent it back too. I have gone through 3 original bottles of Lifecell this last year--Thanks for the refund!

diagonalmakeup @rachelattorney I am so sorry fo that issue. Product was shipped on time. Maybe you can ask mail men , or your package in a post office. Other wise you have to contact customer service to get your money back . Unfortunately I do not have options and ability to provide full refund and create labels. I will be also looking for solution. I want you to be a happy and I will definitely contact customer service. I know 100 %, everything is going to be fine. Some how we will resolve your issue.
