christygrzywacz @toadgirl I am a 7.5 to an 8 myself, or used to be, lol. I find I am gravitating more to am 8.5 as I get older, lol. I don't think you will have any trouble with these as long as you are used to wearing regular width snip toe boots. Many people use plastic bags to get into Gringos that are too small, and then after wearing a day, they kind of mold to your feet. I think the soft thick leather Old Gringo uses helps a lot.

christygrzywacz @toadgirl hi again. 😊 I went ahead and measured these for you this morning. They are 11" long by 3.75" wide at the widest part. Measurements taken straight across the bottom. They say Old Gringo are true to size, so should fit as a 7.5. Depends on what brands you own. Corral & Macie Bean both run a half size small, Justin, Durango, & Double H run .5-1 size big. .5 size is about .25" difference in length.

I'm actually kind of bumming because I didn't look at the Ariat jeans carefully enough and there is a hole by the back pocket that will rip totally out soon. I was aware of the hem fraying and totally fine with that. My husband is a contractor and is hard on jeans. They will be stained in a week anyway. But he can't have the back rip open and his butt hanging out at a customer's house, so he won't be able to wear that pair.

Only other thing i can suggest is putting an iron on patch in the inside to stabilize the hole. If you return it i suppose you will have to pay shipping yourself. I have a pair of Dockers in my closet. I can offer you that one for 6 dollars. Its khaki though. Would that work for you. What do you suggest we do?
