Hello. I volunteer at a no-kill animal shelter. Our thrift store was donated 70+ formal dresses (most w/ tags) to sell. Our regular customers have no interest in formal wear so I've been trying to sell them online. However, I don't know anything about formal wear so I was hoping a posher, such as yourself, might be interested in purchasing a group of them at a highly discounted cost. I’m thinking this w the coverup would cover it and I could still shoe some skin when we go to the beach. I’ll be back In touch soon! I see several items that I like so I’ll send a bundle soon.

@whitelace Yes, it actually is Bora Bora. It was magical. But to be honest, I think if I had to go to an a honeymoon one more time, I'd chose something closer. It was way too far, and way too expensive. I'd chose Hawaii with very similar views, accommodations and prices. :)))

@bebrandi80 No worries at all. There is no way to have a private conversation on Posh. You can go to your bundle and talk to a seller/buyer, and many people think it’s private but it’s really not. However, it is hidden from people’s eye directly, unless they purposefully dig through all of your bundles, which is very uncommon.

I had someone make offers on an expensive item, I went down a couple of times about a week ago (more than I wanted to after thinking about it) they did not accept my offers and wanted an even lower price and all offers expired. Today I get another offer from the same person and I decided that I want to go back up about $40 not what was offered before. since it expired is that allowed? or is it against some policy?

@bebrandi80 So the way Poshmark’s offers work on the seller’s side is that you can only increase your % of the discount. Meaning, you can only offer lower and lower prices. Ex. :your gucci purse costs 500$. You made an offer for $450. The offer expired. You cannot offer $480. You can only offer better (for the buyer) prices, even if it’s just $449.

@bebrandi80 Those offers count for 90 days. Once 90 days pass since the last offer, you can begin trying the negotiation again from the very top. Meaning, you can offer $499, $495.. etc. Each offer is registered in posh system and “sits” there for 90 days, after which it nulls. The idea is not to annoy buyers with frequent offers. Does that make sense?

@bebrandi80 Sure thing! That’s how it works if the offers EXPIRE. Now, if they DECLINE the offer, you can go all the way back up to your highest price and begin negotiation again from $500, $499 whatever. But! Buyers can always go up and down in their offers to you with no set limitations..

There is really nothing to do on the main island, or nowhere to go, except for the market or couple suspicious food joints lol). I was pretty disappointed, considering the marketing for the islands. The resort /hotel hopefully will have all the entertainment you’ll need. We loved ours ❤️
