@mppc90 - Hi there! It's been awhile since I've photographed the scarf, but I don't remember it being "itchy." If anything, I remember it being fairly soft... although not fleecey, if that makes sense? I can try to get you a better description tonight when I get home from work. I'm pretty sensitive to harsh fabrics myself, so I'll try to be as transparent as possible. As far as your budget goes, I'm SUPER flexible, so seriously, ANY offer you want to send my way will be more than adequate. :)
