The status is pending to scan, not sure why it has been sitting in the post office for one week since you advised you shipped it out last Monday. Please process a claim with the postal service for lost shipment and subsequently, I would like a refund. Thank you in advanced.

nopressure4 @jennymiami13 hello Jennifer! So sorry about this! This is the first time this has happened to me. But I just spoke to the post office and they said they are not scanning packages in until it’s getting delivered. This delay is because of the pandemic covid 19 regardless of the situation I will be refunding your money. Some of my packages are getting tacking late and customers are receiving there items just with a delay in tracking.
