@alexjoujou Thanks. Its fine. I appreciate the offer. I just needed these. This is a pretty bizarre issue to have in a shoe. I’m learning for the most part items sold are not people’s personal things that they have firsthand knowledge of. A couple other shoes I’ve bought from others had undisclosed issues, hence my comment. My naivety. Side note… The shirt I got from you is lovely.

I choose items I like personally to put in my closet and these were so cute - I never thought about a gel type heel. I'm going to be making sure for the future on heels now.
