amberdestiny18 Abby, I recently received a Wine colored bridesmaid dress from you and it is not the right color. I needed the "Merlot" shade from David's that I had confirmed with you, but is says "wine" right on the label and doesn't match against the other bridesmaids. How can we resolve this?

abbyhead @amberdestiny18 Hi Destiny! I wrote you a couple of times on the post indicating the label said "Wine" and the receipt from David's Bridal said "Merlot". I didn't want to wait any longer for the item to get to you, so I went ahead and shipped it. I have never had to have anything changed after shipping, so I will look at the poshmark policy and see what can be done. I am sorry for this issue and I'll try to get back with you asap. Thanks :)

abbyhead @nlopes Hi! At this time, I have not received the shoes. At one point, they showed they were in Atlanta, but now are in Connecticut? not sure why they are heading in the opposite direction now.
