Unfortunately, I’m the images posted you can clearly see the shoes have been very much worn and have been priced very low vs the purchase amount and as you stated you were given free shipping and accepted the order. There is no way to reverse this process. If you would like I can give you an extra discount on any future orders. Most of my items are new but this is a much older item.
