harmony164 So sorry but the received and accepted bag “looked” as described but since I noticed it is “super” sticky! Thinking it was just dirty. But learned stored in heat, or simply “old” breaks down the patent surface, creates irreversible damage, creates a sticky, tacky surface. NOT repairable. So annoying-virtually sticks to my body and my hands during use! Mistakenly overlooked? No hard feelings but stickiness should have been disclosed. Can I receive refund for this damaged item please?

adieconradson @harmony164 hi there. So sorry to hear about your experience with the coach purse. It was in fabulous condition when it left my hands here. No stickiness no discoloration no dirt nothing. Completely as described. I guess I have no way of knowing what happened to it in shipping. I’m very sorry to hear that this happened. But I know I listed it and described it as is and it left my hands in great condition.

harmony164 @adieconradson Hi! Understand you didn’t notice it packing it up. Wouldn’t have happened during shipping. Took it to my shoe repair He explained that even after cleaning the bag, as patent leather ages it becomes tacky/sticky because the plastic surface applied to the leather is decaying and nothing can remove tackiness or reverse decaying process. Common problem w/ older patent.Bag many years old? Sticks to my arm, hand UGH. Own two same bag-NOT sticky. Thanks for your understanding to rectify.
