jenniferkmccall Hey girl! I dropped your shirt off at the PO on Jan 1st and assumed they would scan it out and ship it on the 2nd. On my end it still says that your shirt is "pending USPS scan". I just wanted to check and see if you had gotten it yet! I figured it was just a mistake on their end, like it didn't get scanned or something like that!

jenniferkmccall @aschimelfenig I went by the P.O. today and a report was filed for the missing package! They are supposed to get back with me in a day or so. If I don’t hear something by tomorrow I’m going back. They said my labels could have been “unreadable”, but I know they were perfectly fine. If for some reason the packages get rerouted to me, I will let you know. I am praying that it will just be found and sent on to you in the next day or so.

jenniferkmccall @aschimelfenig I have been checking back with the P.O. everyday but there hasn’t been any progress. I have contacted poshmark and am waiting to hear back from them on where to go from here. I read about an instance online where the buyer and the seller were both paid because the package was never recovered. I’m not sure what they’ll do in this situation, but hopefully they’ll get back to me soon and let me know. This is so beyond frustrating and I am so sorry this happened!

jenniferkmccall @aschimelfenig Poshmark got back with me a little bit ago. They are going to issue you a refund for the purchase. If the package finds its was back to me I will forward it on to you. It’s still possible that it could show up at your address, but there is really no way of knowing.

aschimelfenig @rajamcfarland I’ve been dealing with a sick baby for a couple weeks and it hasn’t made it to the post office yet. I had every intention of shopping today and got held up at home again. If you accepted by accident and need to cancel I would contact poshmark customer service! I’m really sorry for the delay, have had a lot to deal with. I can still ship hopefully Monday, if you’d like!
