octygirl33 Hello there, When you get a chance please send the lululemon jacket back to me. Apparently, posh does not allow returns of single items. The return needed to be for both items. I am out of the money for both items. They refunded you the whole amount for both items, so pretty please send the jacket back to me. I will pay for the return shipping. Thank you

akikwon @octygirl33 I can send the jacket back. I have your address from the order so I will use that. You mentioned in the first comment you would pay for the return label, how would you do that? Sorry I’m not trying to sound rude. Just trying to figure out logistics but I will send it out when the post office opens after Thanksgiving.

octygirl33 @akikwon yikes, I don’t know how to do that. I will contact posh, but I just want to make sure that the jacket has not been worn, and is still new with tags otherwise I have to open a claim with posh. Thank you!

octygirl33 I reached out to posh because I’m not sure how this works. I was charged a 20 percent fee for both items. Once I hear back from them I will get back to you. I looked on the FAQ page, and it states to not do a return unless they approve it because it has to be one of the labels they use. Geez, this is nuts. So sorry for the inconvenience. Just trying to get this worked out. Thanks!
