ojailee The North Face jacket I bought from you is posted as an XS. The jacket I received is a Small. I paid a premium price for a jacket that is much too big for me. Is there an XS I can exchange this for? If not I want a refund.

anaslund514 @ojailee so sorry you’re right! I believe you have to submit a request for a return on your end and then it gets processed.

anaslund514 @ojailee I’m sorry that you’re unhappy with your experience, however the buyer has to initiate the request for a return, I do not have the option to do that. Please go to my purchases —> select the order —> problems/order inquiry and select the appropriate option and provide the information needed for Poshmark to begin processing the return.

ojailee As I read in the Help section it is up to you to approve and process this as “Shipping the wrong item”. Once I receive the shipping label I will send it back. Pls take care of this now.

anaslund514 @ojailee That is not the correct protocol for this. I did not ship the incorrect item, the item was advertised incorrectly. However I looked into doing as you asked and you would still need to file a claim on your end saying you received the wrong item. If you would like to get this sorted out in a timely manner your best option is to go through the steps above. Either way, you have to be the one to submit a claim after you’ve received the item.
