@alazsa_b Morning. They purchase outright or can make you an offer. Or you can send them an offer if they liked your item. At the point in which the item is sold- Poshmark has collected the funds-issues you a shipping label. Ship promptly. Buyer receives item & has 3 days to accept or open a return case if the item was not as described. If they don’t take any action Posh will consider sale complete & your funds will be available for withdrawal.
