jaytay73 @ambinkley So i dropped them off at the post office his morning and just clicked the 'shipped' button and moments later i got a notice telling me not to ship them because you've cancelled??? but can't exactly stop them now?

jaytay73 @ambinkley i think if you go into your menu then 'my purchases' then into the pending order u can cancel it as long as it hasn't been scanned in by USPS, which apparently it hasn't ? i guess but the other possibility is if there was an issue with your payment method, i personally had a NIGHTMARE mess when i first started on here, with my payment, took me like 6 weeks to fix it i was SO mad!! long story but it wouldn't let me buy anything! so annoying.

jaytay73 @ambinkley i bought like 3 thinks within about a week then suddenly one day it just said 'unable to process order please try later' ?? for weeks! i sent emails to posh support and couldn't get a reply to save my life, tried everything with my card i removed it switched it re-added it, deleted it again, used a different card, changed billing address lol all of it ---- (cont...)

jaytay73 @tfnyslo of it, finally like a month later they replied and told me that because of my buying activity (???) they needed to verify it wasn't fraud and made me send in copies of my id, statement linked to the card, DNA sample, etc lol..then after another week of back and forth and me blowing my top they fixed it and gave me 20 bucks credit ? lol. i was soooo annoyed and missed so many great deals 😩

ambinkley @jaytay73 that's what it's saying is my payment is screwed up...like I need a verification thing? Payment verification or something I just went n and it didn't have my CVV so i added it but idk what else to do for verification? Soo confusing I hope I don't have this nightmare too!!

jaytay73 @ambinkley yeah it was seriously SO frustrating!! you would think if they're gonna place a lock on someone's account they would send some sort of notification as to why and what needed to be done but they didn't, the only reason i ever found out was because i hounded them lol. i bitched like mad and they finally ended up giving me $20 posh credits lol.
