krystaldenee I just wanted to give you an update on your package! I spoke with the PO on why there still wasn't a tracking number and they ASSURED me it will be there today. This is what I was told; there was an employee exposed to COVID and they were following protocol causing a delay. They wouldn't go into further detail other than it was "safety precautions". I cannot apologize enough! I do not want an upset customer and I will do what is necessary to make it right if you are in any way inconvenienced 💜

krystaldenee @alexiskrons No problem!! That they couldn't/wouldn't tell me 🤦 I myself am quite frustrated because I ALWAYS see a tracking # within a day or 2 of drop off. I am trying to be understanding given the situation surrounding COVID because I work in the medical field and see it first hand. But I've been mailing this whole time without issue. I just want happy customers and will do my part to make that happen 💜
