mollyjerry Hi Alex. I went up to the post office and talk to the manager. We had the tracking number and it tracked to Lexington Kentucky and stopped. She said she will look into it and I should come back to the post office on Monday and she left me her phone number. I am so sorry about this it aggravates me to death when I’m trying to do the right thing and get packed is off right away. My apologies I’ll let you know more on Monday

mollyjerry Hi Alex. Well I went to the post office and they have no clue where your package is. I have a tracking number and they still said it’s in Lexington Ky somewhere. They gave me a form to fill out for lost package. I am so so sorry this happened. It has frustrated me til ok end. This is the second one that has been lost since December. I usually ship 5 times a week but losing two is not Acceptable. I am sorry again

mollyjerry @alexysdeane I just tried to file a claim with post office online but one day too early. Who do you file a claim with? Should I let posh know also? New at this part 🤷🏼‍♀️
