dianas1011 The straps DEFINITELY tighten. I checked their condition before posting them to sale. I would never sale something and/or post something for sale that was not something I’d purchase myself. I only adjusted them once, so perhaps they need a little bit more force to tighten. Please let me know if this is not the case or if you’re having difficulty adjusting the straps.

astack123 @dianas1011 Ok thank you. However these straps barely budge with both my hands pulling with all my force and I know that’s not how it’s supposed to be because I’ve owned chacos before. Sorry for the inconvenience but is there anyway I can return them?

dianas1011 @astack123 @astack123 I’m SO sorry. I really did not know that this was the case. I remember it being a little harder to adjust these and started adjusting them at the toes and was able to get them to fit. You can open a case with Poshmark and that should get you started on the return process :)
