eugeniaempire Hi. I have no idea why your package with your coat isn’t there. Mailed same day as other packages that already arrived at destination. I see the tracking number just looks like it is idling in the USPS system. I will investigate and see if I can figure it out.

eugeniaempire So...here’s unprofessional for you. I cannot find the dress you bought. Anywhere! Which means that either my daughter snatched it from my closet before leaving for Europe, or that I forgot to delete it for some reason. It may resurface, but until then I don’t want to tie up your funds. I am going to cancel the order. I cannot apologize enough!
