arcasson @fashionrestore Yikes, I’m actually out of the country till april 1st so people have been bringing the packages in for me but they haven’t opened any of them, what’s your sender name on the package sent? I’ll need to ask someone to go to my home and find the one in the pile and open it👍🏻

arcasson @fashionrestore btw thank you for being proactive to fix the situation! just asked my mom to find it and open it today soon as she can! Usually when I’m out of town, the day the app tells me it arrives I check it as delivered😬 based on blind faith bc I’ve never had a wrong delivery before, so what’s the procedure to swap the wrong items for the correct ones if someone has mine and I have someone else’s?

fashionrestore @arcasson yes I accidentally switched two shipping stickers. Ugh. I’ve been in contact with both of my buyers, you and the other, I don’t know how to get a hold of Poshmark but to post comments but I think we wait til they contact any of us. I imagine they will have you print the label for the buyer of the white shirt and put in mail and she will do the same at my expense! So sorry for the inconvenience. This didn’t happen to me before but human error.

arcasson @fashionrestore no worries, could happen to anyone, I sent a request to posh for help and said that the buyer was eager to fix it and what do we do next, didn’t know what category to file the question under was, since they only give pre prepared selections so went under return? It says they take 24 hours to reply.. maybe you can contact support as well? Let me know when you know👍🏻

Poshmark has let me know that a label was sent to you for you to print and just place on the package to be shipped to the other buyer who also is receiving a label to ship the right shirt to you. Thank you for doing this and being patient in getting your correct shirt. I really am sorry for my mix-up.

I had plans to come home to Cali next week to see family and pick up my posh purchases 🥰 but decided to postpone till next month to be safe. So definitely mail it when or how it feels the safest!!
