I see you're somewhat new to this...going forward..my unsolicited advice would be that if you do come across an issue that you reach out to the seller first before opening a case.. only because most sellers that are decent will try and make it right for you. thanks again and glad you love your coat 🧥💗 I usually send it with a note too but I was in a rush to get it in the mail before Thanksgiving holiday.
