queencollecton @allenhall348 Hello Allen, I have no information on the material, just with my visual assessment, I would say it’s some type of hard leather. Anyway, during packaging for shipping, I found some material damage to the boot around the lower soft coverings. I do this business with utmost integrity and like to continue to gain the trust of my buyers. Therefore, I cannot in good faith sell this boot in its current condition and will have to cancel the sale. I apologize for any inconvenience.
