nschantz Hi, I have a ? ... I ordered a popover from you and it arrived with the worst musty smell, were you aware of this before shipping it? I don't want to put in a claim but the smell is overwhelming

allieshopsalot @nschantz hello, the popover definitely did not smell that way when it left my house. Your question is interesting to me though bc I shipped out another package at the same time as yours and that seller also reached out with this same issue. I assured her that my closet/home definitely does not smell anything but lovely...

allieshopsalot I have a new home and everything is top of the line. I was appalled to read her comment, and now yours shocks me too! I am wondering if something happened at the post office or after it left me?!? This is so strange to me. It was freshly laundered with persil before I packaged and shipped it. I am terribly sorry that this happened and don’t understand how.

nschantz @allieshopsalot thats why I wanted to ask because I filed anything, it was so strong when I pulled it out of the zip lock bag, my husband smelled it right when he walked in because it was on out counter.
