redroostrsclost Hi! I saw your rating. Why did you accept an item that you never received? Why didn't you open a case? Did the mail never bring it? You accepted it, so now I cant see where it went. Seems really weird and then a 1 star rating??? I've never had anyone do that before in the over 1k items I've sold. If a customer doesn't receive their item Poshmark would refund their money. Sooooooooo?????

alyssamcelreath @redroostrsclost hey! I actually did not accept it. I was waiting a while to see if the mail was slow. I also did open a case, but in order to open the case I had to leave a rating before the app would let me proceed. I understand the rating frustrates you, but your message seems a little aggressive. I’ll give the USPS a couple more days before I reach out to the Poshmark team again.

redroostrsclost @alyssamcelreath Hi. I'm sorry if you feel that way but that's not how Poshmark works. You do not accept an item, leave a review, especially if it wasn't delivered and then open a case. If you did open a case with Poshmark regarding this item I would of gotten a notification and I would have had the opportunity to reply. Good luck to you and I hope you recieve your item. They are really cute pants! 🌹
