lauraswi Hi, so I did get the response in the case from USPS saying it has been returned to sender. I tried to comment on our thread but it still won’t let me. I’m not sure how PM is going to handle this if we can’t comment which is so ridiculous. I’d still really like them and not sure how they will process the payment. Should we start a new case again?

sthildegard @lauraswi I got that message also. Was told to notify them when the package was received. I’m guessing they’ll tell me how to proceed from there. I’ll let you know how to re-purchase. I should be getting the package today or tomorrow.

sthildegard @lauraswi Just received and opened the box. Only one glass survived the many destinations.The rest were in pieces. So I guess this case is “resolved” as PM would say.

lauraswi @sthildegard I’m so sorry about all of this. I pack lots of glass weekly and mail all over the country. I don’t know how they could Have gotten broken. I know it can happen though. Mail carriers can be rough. Do you mail glass often? I just know there are certain things necessary to avoid breakage such as stuffing and bubble wrapping each glass and then putting box material or a barrier between each glass and then peanuts or more bubble wrap. No disrespect.

They said they would refund me but then they said you would have to contact them so they know that you received it back. I told them they were returned to you broken so I’m hoping you will get paid also. Sorry about all of this 🥲
