lookin_fabulous Hi Amanda, I just got the rating that you left for the shoes. I want to apologize for whatever was wrong. I do strive to send out my items as close to 5 star as I can, or disclose what may be wrong. To be honest, I was rushing to get them in the mail because I knew that I would not be able to get them out for a few days if I didn't, not an excuse, but I do apologize. I am not sure what was wrong, but I will try to do better in the future.
