deana92170 Hi!!! I just realized I sent you the wrong bag!! I have never sent the wrong item before.... I am so sorry!!! I reported it to Poshmark and they said they have a protocol in place when this happens. I will get the correct one to you as soon as they tell me how to handle it. I feel so awful!!!

amandac1111 @deana92170 No problem! This is low on the list of terrible things that could happen. I received an email saying that when I get the item to open a case saying 'not as described' and the process will go from there. We'll figure it out, I'm not worried. Have a great day!

deana92170 @amandac1111 I just got an email that says they don't facilitate exchanges and that when I get the wrong item back they will refund your money (shipping and all)and you would need to purchase again through my closet. We can do that and I will make sure your charge is only $25 (no matter what the fee is to me). Does that work?
