musmom @charpernh Thank you for commenting, I felt so bad saying anything due to the price. I will take a closer look at the packaging. I will see if a local shoe repair store can do anything, they could have been amazing and hopefully with help they may be again. Thanks again.

charpernh @musmom I have another pair that were slightly taller and a different brand I bought a few different pairs when I was working at a bank and I just don’t wear them. I just feel so bad because they truly weren’t like that when I packaged them up 😫
