I purchased this from a women who said that it was her mother’s and that it was a gift that her brother may have purchased on one of his many trips to Asia. I based my pricing on some sold listings I saw on eBay, it did take me almost two years to sell it at that price. Hope this helps and good luck! 😊

amyallison__ @andreaterris Poshmark is a social app so you need to share your own listings everyday and list new items as often as possible. The more you have listed and the more you share your own listings, the more likely you are to get sales. I’d recommend watching some YouTube videos on selling on Poshmark, there is lots of great info out there. Hope this helps. 😃

So it may look like I sold a ton in the last 5 minutes but you just caught me while I was sharing. I wish I sold all that today! 🤪 There’s some that think having the sold listings sprinkled in helps with new sales. It seems like it to me so I keep doing it. Otherwise no big secrets, I self share 3 times a day, list new items, and send OTL daily. ❤️

amyallison__ @poshmarkmaven I wish I had the answers, it’s sucks when it feels like no one is seeing your items... The only other suggestion I would have is to send out more aggressive offers on every single item in your closet. I do this once a quarter and it seems to revive my closet.

poshmarkmaven @amyallison__ okay thank you. do you find that being an ambassador gets you more sales? I originally turned it down because it seemed to be hurting my sales. I was wondering if I should have them reinstated maybe that would help?

poshmarkmaven @amyallison__ hi thanks so much for responding yesterday, would you be so kind as to just answer that one last question from my last message? I also did what you told me as well as I listed multiple items today and sent out dozens of offers to likers and also shared my entire closet. and nothing, crickets 😭. I've also noticed my entire account shuts down to all traffic Friday mornings through Sunday. they are forcing me to use another platform

amyallison__ @poshmarkmaven Hi, I don’t think being a Posh Ambassador would hurt your sales, but it doesn’t necessarily help them either. Consistency in listing is the only thing I’ve found to help my sales in the long run. Hope it gets better for you.

poshmarkmaven Hi Aimee, still no traffic to my account since we last spoke. Posh finally responded and said that my account was flagged mistakenly and that they lifted it. But yet there’s still no change. Nothing was done imo. I used to sell as much as you, and this weekend I sold one $6 item the whole weekend 😢 My visibility must be off. Can you think of anything else I can ask them that will help me?

amyallison__ @poshmarkmaven I’m so sorry that things haven’t turned around for you, that really sucks. - Try to list or relist at least 3 items everyday - Send out offers on every item in your closet - I would recommend that you relist some of your older designer items and take another look at the description. Maybe see if there are more keywords or tags you could add, maybe take new photos.

amyallison__ @poshmarkmaven -Also, please don’t take this the wrong way, but I would recommend that you stop tagging buyers and saying you sent offers or reduced the price. There are so many notifications on Posh these days that I don’t really think this is necessary. I hope this is helpful, unfortunately I don’t have any secrets, just consistent listing, sharing, and activity on the app.
