rmac108 Hi! I appreciate the feedback! I wanted to understand the issue better. Is it that one end is different than the other end? If so, the points on the Beth, where this stone came from, has a pointy end and a “sawed off” end. What I just noticed while looking at the pictures is that the stone is flipped. I did not customize this ring and purchased like this. However, I will accept a return, switch it around for you, and mail it back to you free of charge. Just let me know! 😀

amymariyah @rmac108 Hi there! No the issue is that there’s an actual chunk missing out of the stone, it looks like it was maybe hit against something or just broke off. I have this stone in the necklace and earring versions so I know the two sides are different. I’m not sure if maybe it happened during shipping but there’s definitely a little piece that chipped off the stone😔

This has happened before but I’m not sure why, I live in an apartment complex and there’s no animals that could get in the way or a reason why they couldn’t enter so I’m not sure what that’s all about unless they are trying to deliver to the wrong place but I will check and give you an update!
