Hi Amy my name is Sheryl, I purchased you Lilly belt from you and for some weird reason the post office is sending back to you. They put on tracking that I moved but I didn’t. I’ve been tracking package and called post office yesterday and they built a case on it and said they will resolve it, but they didn’t stop package from going back to you. I’m going to contact Poshmark and ask what I do and also call post office again. I still want the belt. This has never happened to me before.

@amylc12 ok, thank you. My post office said there was a error in the tracking number. I contacted Poshmark and I’m waiting to hear back. I’m not sure if you went to your postoffice they might be able to explain or fix the problem. It’s the correct address on package. Let me know if you go to post office what they say and I will keep you updated as soon as I hear from Poshmark.

@sherylroush I took the package back to the post office and they put a new tracking number on it: 9505515012049038180817
Let me know when you receive it. I don’t think the funds are going to go through since it’s now not being tracked through Poshmark. I’m not sure what to do.

@amylc12 thank you, I am leaving for vacation tomorrow and won’t be back until the 16th but I’m sure Poshmark will release funds to you, if they don’t I will personally send you a check. Did you have to pay any shipping charges?

Lets just wait and see what Poshmark says if they get back to you. I didn't have to pay for additional shipping, but the mailman put a new tracking number sticker over the existing label. Hopefully you get it this time! I'll check on the tracking in the next few days. Enjoy your vacation!
