I ordered some Calvin Klein black flats from you and accepted them because I thought they just needed to be broken in, but when I measured them, they are actually different sizes! Do you have another pair that got mixed up? What's going on?

@magdalenalenal omg, I'm so sorry! I was completely unaware that they were different sizes. I purchased them from Macy's a while back and had only worn them a couple times. They were sold to me as size 8s. Is one different than the other? What were the measurements?

@ahs85 the left one is 25.2 cm and right one is 24.4 cm measuring the soles of the shoes. I can't find any size markings on the shoes, so I wonder if they got mixed up at the store. I bought them to replace my old, worn out pair that is exactly the same and I just measured that they are both 25.2 cm. I've never had any issues on poshmark before and I'm not sure what to do here :(

@magdalenalenal I sent a message to customer service to see if anything can be done. I'm not sure what to do either. I promise if didn't purposely try to sell you mismatched shoes. When I wore them, I noticed they were snug on both feet a tad, but I figured, like you, I just needed to break them in. I couldn't tell that one was bigger/smaller than the other. I'll keep u posted on what I hear from them. Sorry about the trouble!

Oh Here's a helpful hint if you really want to be a Seller... You Need to get exposure. How....by Sharing at lest 3 items from people you follow. This way your closet gets exponential exposure that leads to potential Sales. Thus more $$ to spend on Poshmark.
