klnystrom @anabel1966 Hi, the feedback you left for the item you purchased was very unfair. This "one-star rating" will negatively impact my seller's rating and possible future business. I went above and beyond, describing in pictures and in text the broken zipper which was referenced by you in your feedback. I was completely transparent in my listing and had no reason to think you were not aware of the item condition.
