margo97 @agurb3 Hi, you will know when they either use the offer button or buy the item outright with the buy it now button. They may also ask you questions about the item or ask you what your lowest is. I would recommend that in those cases you tell them to submit an offer. You don't want to negotiate in the comment where others can see your discussion. LMK if you have any other questions.
