drenelson The update I received from post office is that it is lost in transit or tracked to location close to you and stopped tracking. I am supposed to hear from poshmark by 8/9 as to whether it is permanently lost and I have to re send or if it is found and will deliver. I am so sorry for the issues but I am trying my best to resolve it. I haven’t had this happen before so I am learning the process.

critina777 What a bad experience with this seller; He sent me different articles to the photos, apart from MISSING more than half of the cosmetics, a perfume etc. He never answers my messages to solve my problem; I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT, completely ignore customer satisfaction, bad experience !!!! He ONLY collected the money and did not send the entire order too bad.

drenelson @critina777 I actually didn’t get paid for this order as it was lost by USPS. You can file a claim with USPS. If you haven’t noticed that it’s a global pandemic, there are delays in shipping and sometimes, lost packages. If you had wanted a refund, you could have cancelled the order and returned the items you did receive within the 3 day window.

critina777 @the package if I get it; the problem is that you send it incomplete, I do not send the correction palette, nor the perfume; What I want to know is why I DO NOT send them to me if I pay for those items, I understand that packages arrive late, that is not the problem; what I am wanting you to understand THAT I MISSED many cosmetics that you published in your photos.

drenelson @critina777 You are missing a few brain cells. I don’t know how many ways I can explain this so this is my last attempt. I did not send an incomplete bundle. I sent the items (and a few free extras), and one package has not arrived. I can’t do anything about that. It’s lost, and the only thing I can do, and did do, is report it as lost. Seriously, there are more important things to concern yourself with at the moment so I suggest you do that....

westcoast_shop @drenelson Hi! I received an email stating you did not locate you item that was “delivered in/at mailbox”. 😳 . I have opened an investigation with the USPS, so they can locate where it was scanned exactly. Being a former Postal carrier, I know that every scan that the postal carrier does, it takes a picture with the device they use. I will try and contact your local post office tomorrow to speak with the Postmaster. I will try to get it resolved for you soon!
