saundrazim @aflike61299 yes I should have measured everything when I listed it so much easier. List everything with the brand name, then they will list it again for you by brand. Good luck to you and Enjoy🏍💕

aflike61299 @hisangel4vr yes I did by accident. I mixed up the shipping labels. As soon as I realized, I sent you a message to return to sender so that I can send you the correct item and have you return the shirt. I did notify poshmark asap as well.

aflike61299 @hisangel4vr here is the latest update I received: p lease do not re-ship this order to the buyer. We do see that the buyer has been approved for a return for this order. Once the incorrect item is delivered back to you, the order will be automatically cancelled. If the buyer is still interested in the correct item, please re-list them in your closet for her to repurchase. I will relist the item and you can repurchase.

hisangel4vr I have not received a refund OR my product. I "refused" the package you sent me and it's already on it's way back to you. Poshmark send "auto-emails" so they are not understanding that and they keep sending me a label to return the wrong product. Very frustrating for my first experience with Poshmark.

hisangel4vr The right thing for you to have done is to send the correct product once you knew you made a mistake. The wrong product is already on it's way back to you, so now I have no product and you still have my money. I opened a case resolution.

aflike61299 @hisangel4vr I did not have a shipping label in order to send it to you. I emailed and called Poshmark to get a new one. Their policy is to wait; the info above is direct from them via email. I am sorry this has happened for your 1st experience. I have been on Poshmark for well over 6 months and never had an issue.

hisangel4vr Well, now they are saying that my label is about to expire and I cannot receive my refund without sending the product back. They are "automated" responses, so they are not understanding that I REFUSED the package and it's being sent back to you! So now I'm OUT my money and I'm out my product too. This is so unfair. You have the jeans I paid for.

aflike61299 @hisangel4vr I received the same message. I think since you didn't use the approved shipping label, they have no way to track this item. I was informed once I receive the item back, your funds will be refunded to you. This is all the information I have as of right now.

hisangel4vr I'm going to mail this label to you, just to jump through their hoops, but your shirt was already returned to you because it was REFUSED. You can track it yourself if you kept the tracking number to the original label. I opened a dispute with my bank.

hisangel4vr I sent it back the very next day. Wrote "REFUSED" on it and my mailman took it. Refused packages do take longer than regular packages, because they are re-routed. You can track it. That's why I asked you last time for the tracking number, but you didn't reply back with it like I asked.
