Hi Andrea. I just saw your comment regarding the Swimsuit you purchased & this is the first I am hearing from you. I included the measurements, and there was no crotch protector because this item was not posted as 'NEW'. Also, the suit was laundered.

Hello, I responded to your comment under my profile and I was completely unaware that there was a defect with the clasp as it seemed ok as I was shining the necklace making sure it was in perfect condition before shipping out as I do each individual item that I sell. Please let me know what I can do to make things right because I would never intentionally ship an item out that had a defect without stating so and letting potential buyers aware of.

I went back to review the original listing and the clasp problem was in the close ups but I missed it because at first glance the necklace looked to be in great condition. Tonight, I went to put it on and the clasp issue was immediately apparent. That's when I went back to double check the listing. It was right there--it close all the way (not secure). I hate to return it but I wouldn't have purchased it with the defect . I'm so sorry

The necklace has been sent to David Yurman HQ for repair. The local DY authorized boutique said the clasp was damaged due to repeated wear and needs to be replaced because it is not functionable. I will get an estimate in the next 7-10 days that I can forward to you. How would you like to pay for this? A credit back to my payment source?

Hi! Just saw your comment. I’m sorry that it took so long. You purchased on Saturday and I shipped it on Monday. I can’t believe it took this long to arrive. We’ve all been having so many issues with delayed USPS deliveries. I’m surprised Poshmark doesn’t email you regarding delays. They message me constantly bc this is happening more and more. I’m glad you finally received it. 💝

@sadiehills You still owe me for the repair of the defective DY clasp you promised to pay. Do I need to accelerate the complaint further? Do you cheat other buyers? This is NOT the way an ethical seller does busienss. I have sent you the details previously. I have a receipt if you need it. DY HQ confirmed that the clasp was broken/defective and that it had been for a while. You sold a defective necklace knowingly. I appreciated that you offered to repair it. Now please reimburse
