adoptedapparel I'm sorry that you were disappointed in the packaging but USPS priority boxes are allowed so I would ask that you please reconsider your rating. I ship every sale in these boxes. Thank you 😊

andrewponti @jessangel92 Actually, you are quite wrong. If you check out the "Etiquette" section it says you cannot use flat rate shipping boxes at all, which you did, and I confirmed this by contacting Poshmark customer service before leaving a review just so I could make sure that this info was true. They were the ones that actually suggested I leave this in the rating. I'm surprised that you've been selling as much as you have and never knew that. Unless I am otherwise corrected, the rating stands.

adoptedapparel @andrewponti this recently changed and this is what is found under a FAQ on the posh app Just remember - and this is important! - you need to ship using the boxes that are labeled "Priority Mail," "Priority Mail Flat Rate," or "Regional Rate." USPS boxes labeled "Express Mail" are NOT allowed and may cause delays in shipping and receiving your earnings.

andrewponti @jessangel92 I am very surprised, then, that they didn't tell me that when I asked, which is why I did to avoid something like This! I'm certainly happy with the product, don't get me wrong. Plus, this part is not a huge deal, but I know I'm a guy, but all the other buyers seem to have gotten nicer packaging and a thank you note. I guess guys don't get the same treatment?

adoptedapparel @andrewponti I apologize for no note. I usually do but was traveling for work and wanted to get this out quickly to avoid delays. For smaller purchases I use flamingo mailers which people seem to enjoy.
