wiregal I see that you received your Dooney & Bourke purse today, however, you have given less than a 5 star rating. Please let me know what caused you to give the 4 star rating, so that I can improve for the next shopper. The bag was in practically brand new condition, so I'm a bit confused. Thank you

adampier99 @wiregal yes the bag is in very good shape however the material is dirty and it needs to be condition. It look lighter in the picture versus in person. Its no reflection on you. Sorry if it seems that way.
