@angelabebe Hello you purchased from me a Columbia jacket, which I sent the next day. I truly don’t understand why I haven’t got a rating for the item?? I always take the time to package as well as possible and for a customer to not take their time to rate my item so I can get paid...it seems inconsiderate.

Hi there. I never received the package. I was going to direct message you, but I thought Poshmark would have notified you as I notified them the same day the package was listed as being delivered, but was not there. This is what happened. I saw a notification that the package was delivered at 4:53 p.m. on May 3. I walked out to my gate about an hour later to look for it. No package anywhere. I check my security camera and the package had been stolen less than 20 minutes after delivery.

The same day I let Poshmark know the package was gone, they emailed me to say to wait and see if the package arrived by Saturday, May 8 before replaying to their email. I didn't wait because I saw the theft when I reviewed the security cameras this morning. I emailed them today to let them know the package had been stolen. I've never had this happen before, so I do not know what do next. I have asked Poshmark what the next step is, but they have not gotten back to me.

It's definitely not about the money. I want you to get paid, as I am a Seller too. I am just waiting for Poshmark to let me know what the next step is. If they say I should just say "Accept" to get your funds released even if I have no package, I will do that.

@francesdanna Since there was no package, I first thought the mail person must have delivered it to the wrong house. But then I checked the security camera footage this morning and saw that the package was stolen about 20 minutes after it was left on a ledge by my gate. I emailed this information to Poshmark today and am waiting to hear back from them. I've never had a package stolen before.

@angelabebe oh wow, I had no idea of this occurrence. Poshmark has not contacted me, it only let me know that you had received the package and I had to wait the four days to receive my funds. It is crazy how this happened, it is truly mind blowing. This has never happened to me nor my purchasers.

I truly loved that jacket and was glad someone purchased it so it could be worn, and it is truly sad that some man had the nerve to steal it. I truly apologize for coming on strong, I had no idea. I apologize, I agree that we should wait on poshmark. I believe I should not get paid since you will not be receiving the package.

Maybe Poshmark said you had to wait 4 days to get paid because they initially emailed me to wait until Saturday before contacting them again in case the package was delivered to neighbor or lost. But since we know it was stolen, you shouldn’t have to wait. I read on an online Poshmark forum that lost items will get Seller paid and Buyer reimbursed. I hope that is true.

@francesdanna But if they don’t pay you, I will still hit “Accept” so that you will get paid. No worries about coming on strong. I totally get it. I also wish for my Buyers to Accept right away out of courtesy. I always Accept and rate the same day I receive a package. I just didn’t know how to handle this theft issue, so sorry you were left in limbo.

@francesdanna I just got this email update from Poshmark: “Thanks for your email. As a courtesy, we will proceed with canceling your order. We will be refunding you, while also providing the seller with their earnings, as part of the insurance we provide each of our users. Once the order has been canceled, an email with details of the cancellation and your refund will be sent to you.”
