ash6217 @megalaw I would suggest contacting your local USPS or asking your neighbors. I should not be penalized for something that is out of my control. I do not NEED improvement. I packed the item, drove it to the post office, and shipped it. It states that it was delivered to your home address. I took a great loss selling this bag and now I wish I would’ve kept it. I don’t think you can change it once it is left.
