luvkat Hi, it me again. I feel really bad, but I'm pretty sure the new Balance Tennis Shoes got lost in the mail. It is still saying out for delivery, but after that it says delivery status not updated. I'm pretty sure the mailman lost them. I am very sorry. I hope that maybe they find their way to you somehow, I'd like someone to have them instead of being trash. Sorry again
