Hi what is the item not as described case you opened ? All items were correct what seems to be the issue ?

@nitrobetty One of three dress is not as described.Sorry I can't accept the red one.It s so old in person and the color is dark red,not bright red like in the posted pic.This was not mentioned in the listing.

@ta2k neither of those is true I’m sorry you feel this way but the dresses came from thredup so they’ve been inspected by them they just didn’t fit me which is why they were sold.

@nitrobetty I sent two pics of the dress to Postmark experts for them to make the judgement.After reviewing the case they decided there no need to ship it back to you and I can keep the order in addition to receiving Postmark credits.
