@manisea oh no 😩 unfortunately once an offer is accepted, the purchase is binding and cannot be cancelled. Which sucks cause that happens. If you ever want to cancel before they accept go to your newsfeed, select offers at the top of screen, select view all Active Offers, then select the active Offer and select the help button to cancel the offer.

I did she won’t ship it but stated Poshmark will have to be the one to refund me. I see I have to be very careful when placing and accepting offers. Thank you so much for your help. Poshmark emailed me they are working on my issue. I responded to the email they sent when I signed up.

Boutique items are brand new un worn items purchased directly from the manufacturer from a licensed retailer or boutique, not sold in stores..
