anitakelsey I am really sorry about that. I had no idea I could talk with you after cancelling the order. I sold the shorts previously on eBay and then we moved and in the process, I completely forgot to remove the listing and searched everywhere for them until I remembered I sold them. I sincerely apologize for the mistake and also ignoring you. I’m normally very organized but moving everything got a bit overwhelming and unfortunately messy. All the best to you :)

carlton2020 Hi Anita. Just wanted to drop you a line and let you know how much I appreciate your advice on packaging. I have purchased the foam and peanuts etc and will pack expecting the worst. Must say it is getting expensive and may have to cut back on the breakables before long. Just goes to show you can teach an old dog new tricks! Many thanks and hope to see you again one day! Ann

anitakelsey @carlton2020 Hello. I am really sorry that happened. You were so sweet with your note and tea, I just felt terrible. Thanks for being so gracious. I save packing foam and peanuts every chance I get and make sure when I shake the box I hear absolutely no movement because it’s packed so tightly in foam. If you do that you won’t have to give up on selling breakables. I wish you all the best and hope you have a very successful year poshing! Anita
