123morningstar @anita_menendez Sometimes Posh will check for authenticity on expensive items but I find it's with items over $500. I would message Posh and ask them the reason for the hold of this one item. It won't hurt to ask and it can be a mistake in the system that they can fix. I'm curious what they will say too. It's a learning experience. If you don't mind sharing with me what they say.

123morningstar @anita_menendez Go to your username tab on bottom part of phone. Go down to Poshmark Support Center tab. Then to Poshmark Contact Support. Fill out your info there. Have the Number of the listing to provide it to them. It is on the listing page.

123morningstar @anita_menendez The person buying pays for the item first. Then Poshmark sends you a message that it sold and asks you to mail the item within days (but head's up it's best to establish your closet with a fast turn around for mailing). The item will be set aside inn yiur closet as "sold." After the person receives the item they will provide acceptance of the item, even if they don't respond after two days or so Poshmark releases your money to you. Hope this helps.
