@pinkdye1314 I'm not sure. This has never happened before. It said I had to reply to their email they sent last week but I just got another notification it was delivered?!? It's too late to check the mail now but I'll check in the morning. This is so weird. You are so sweet to keep checking on this! Has this happened to you before?

@fcasio4 No, this has never happened. However, this would happen to my stepson alot when we send him stuff bc his address is "street" and they sometimes send it to the "avenue" address. Maybe you have a similar situation... Sorry...let me know if there is anything I can do.
