ukester Sorry to learn that when u received the rose necklace the chain was bent. It wasn’t bent when I placed it in the box under the little “pillow” which I did to prevent tangling while in transit. I’ll never do that again. U will be able to read my reply to ur claim for a full & honest disclosure. I imagine posh will see the photos I provided as well as my good standing in the posh community and u will be reimbursed & receive a return label to send back to me.
