tapestrycover @gottasail I'm so sorry that your package came damaged!! I'm a huge believer in "you get what you pay for" and I would be upset if my shoes came in like that too. They were washed with proper shoe cleaner the morning of and dried before shipment as promised so I'm guessing the paper may have still absorbed any left over shoe cleaner. But it's no problem, I will make sure nothing like that ever happens again. Thank you for the honest feed back and I'm so sorry about that again
